1. How do I reset my password or log in again?
Cozee uses App Store / Google Play login. If you’re signed out, log in again using your Apple ID or Google account. If problems continue, contact support.
2. How do I delete my account?
You can delete your Cozee account anytime in the app:
– Open the Settings menu.
– Tap Delete Account.
– Confirm your choice.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion here:
– Scroll down to the “Reach out for extra help” form below.
– Enter your In-game username and Email.
– In the message box, write: “Delete my account.”
We will process your request to permanently erase your profile, designs, and data.

4. How do design challenges work?
Each challenge gives you a space to decorate. After you submit, the community votes on your design. You earn rewards based on the votes.
5. What are Coins and Diamonds?
Coins are free currency earned by playing, voting, and completing challenges.
Diamonds are premium currency that can unlock advanced features and special items.
6. What are Tokens used for?
Tokens let you perform special actions, like creating community spaces.
7. How do I get new furniture and items?
You can unlock furniture by earning rewards in challenges, leveling up, or purchasing with Coins/Diamonds.
8. How does voting work?
Players vote on submitted designs by giving votes on designs. After 24 hours, your results are revealed with medals and rewards.
9. Can I play without spending money?
Yes! Cozee is free-to-play. All core features are available without purchases. In-app purchases only unlock cosmetic upgrades or convenience features.
